Returns/Refund Policy

Returns/Cancellations:

In order to be eligible for a refund, return the product within 14 calendar days on delivery of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, unworn. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes smell/perfume/scents. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return. Jewelry/Intimates/Seasonal items are final sale and not available for return. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed with store credit only within 30 business days. Cancellations are not accepted once order is placed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
